During Kuwait's summer, an AC breakdown can make a home too hot to sleep in, especially with children or elderly family members present. That is why we try to arrange urgent requests as soon as possible.
We offer prompt service subject to technician availability and your area. Call and explain the problem, and we will clearly tell you the earliest available appointment without unrealistic promises.
If the breaker has tripped once, you can reset it. If it trips again, do not reset it — leave it for the technician.
Make sure cooling mode is selected, the set temperature is below room temperature and the remote batteries are working.
A fully blocked filter can restrict airflow or cause the unit to freeze. Removing and cleaning it is a safe step to take.
If you see ice on the unit or pipes, switch the AC off or use fan-only mode until the ice melts.
When you call, we ask about your AC type, the symptoms and your area. We then tell you the earliest available technician appointment. Sometimes this is the same day; sometimes it is the next day, depending on demand and location. We prefer to be honest about timing.
Sending a photo or short video of the AC via WhatsApp helps the technician understand the issue initially and prepare what may be needed.
We take Urgent AC Repair requests from the Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorates. Visits are scheduled based on your area and technician availability, and we confirm the appointment by phone or WhatsApp.
We receive requests by phone and WhatsApp and arrange visits according to technician availability. Call us to find out the earliest available appointment in your area.
That depends on your area and the number of requests at the time. We will give you an expected appointment time when you call rather than make an inaccurate promise.
Do not reset the breaker more than once. Leave the AC off and arrange an inspection, as there may be an electrical short circuit or a compressor problem.
Yes. Send your video or photo to WhatsApp 97935093 and include your area.
Call now and tell us the appliance type and the fault, or send a photo of the device or the error code on WhatsApp so we understand the problem before the visit.
